At samayshakti, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return products and request refunds for purchases made on our website.
2. Return Eligibility
You can return products under the following conditions:
- Product must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- All tags, labels, and seals must be intact
- Product must not be damaged or tampered with
- Original invoice/receipt must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products with broken seals or packaging
- Used or partially consumed products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Products on special discount or sale (unless defective)
- Products past the 7-day return window
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Get Approval
Our team will review your request and provide return authorization within 24-48 hours.
Ship the Product
Pack the product securely with original packaging and ship to our return address.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued based on your original payment method:
- Online Payment: Refunded to original payment source (card/UPI/net banking)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Bank transfer to your provided account details
Note: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:
- Return the original product following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired product
- Your refund will be processed once we receive the returned item
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging
- We will arrange for pickup at no cost to you
- Full refund or replacement will be provided
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Damaged Products: We bear the return shipping cost
- Change of Mind: Customer bears the return shipping cost
- Wrong Product Sent: We bear the return shipping cost and provide free replacement
9. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before it is shipped:
- Contact us immediately via email or phone
- Provide your order number
- If not yet dispatched, order will be cancelled and full refund issued
- If already dispatched, you'll need to follow the return process
